SEA Limited Mold Inspector Did Not Indoor Air Quality Test with Windows Open and Fans Running. - Scientific Expert Analysis Indoor Air Quality and Mold Testing


The mold inspector came to my home to do an Indoor Air Quality test and molf inspection for my insurance company. I asked him if I need to close the windows and turn on the air conditioner. He said that was not necessary. He did the test with the windows and fans running knowing that that would mess up the test. He also took 7 tape lifts in only two areas and did not report the visible mold nor did he mention the visible mold in his report. He did not test 4 rooms like he said in his report. He was biased for the insurance company and when I emailed him about the report he would not answer any of my questions telling me to talk to the insurance company's lawyer. I feel like it was a scam and he was working with the insurance company who flew him over 600 miles to do the testing while there are qualified mold inspectors here locally.
